چکیده

The representatives of the class Monogenea are great importance in fish pathology. Dactylogyrus vastator (Nybelin 1924) (Monogenea: Dactylogyridae) is a common pathogenic monogenean parasite carp (Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus, 1758) from freshwater lakes and cyprinid ponds, worldwide. In our study, total 133 specimens cage culture system on Mladost Reservoir (N. Macedonia) were subjected to parasitological investigation, by seasons. Only fresh routine identification, dissection, observation methods. Parasite identification was performed morphologically, based character significant organs, using referent keys for determination. found winter, gills 27 carp, with prevalence 2.818%, mean intensity 6.850. During research, presence an aquaculture facility very high stock density. This species would lead mortality it depends primarily intensity, condition, size, as well water temperature oxygen content. records present study considered first N. Histological Alterations in Common Carp (Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus, 1758) Gills as Potential Biomarkers for Fungicide Contamination

The present study aimed to investigate the histological alterations in common carp gills caused by a fosetyl-Al and fenamidone based fungicide tested in laboratory conditions at 30, 38 and 50 mg/L concentration. In general, all the tested concentrations activated compensatory-adaptive mechanisms, which caused pathological changes in the fish gills. Results showed different histological alterati...
